The housing market activity in Gozo slowed down in November while the island once again registered the second lowest figures for final deeds of sale from the regions at 134, this figure was down on the previous month, but up on last year.

National Statistics Office data released today revealed that 134 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during November. This figure was down by 9 on October, but up by 16 on November 2024. The highest number were in Xaghra which registered 29.

Promise of sale agreements in Gozo was also the second lowest of the regions, registering 145, down by 33 agreements on October, but up by 23 on November last year. The highest number were in Zebbug, which also includes Marsalforn, and registered 20.
