MaltaPost has advised that it will be on shut down on Monday, the 3rd of January 2011 where all MaltaPost branches will be closed.

Normal service will resume on Tuesday, the 4th of January 2011. This change in schedule is issued by agreement with the Malta Communications Authority.

MaltaPost also said that they would like to advise the general public that, by agreement with the Malta Communications Authority, an early collection from all letter boxes will take place on Wednesday the 5th of January 2011, at 2.00pm.

MaltaPost added that it would would also like to advise the general public that, by further agreement with the Malta Communications Authority, the Parcel Office at the MaltaPost Head Office in Marsa will be opening from 8.00am to 4.00pm on Wednesday, the 5th of January.
