Josef Pace, aged 21 from Kercem, was today remanded in custody at the Gozo courts after he was charged with defiling a minor.
Mr Pace pleaded not guilty to the charges of defilement of a 14-year old girl, coercing the girl to take part in a sexual act, offending public morals and relapsing.
