St George’s Basilica in Victoria is celebrating St George’s Feast this weekend.

This morning a Pontifical concelebration took place presided by H.L. Mgr Joseph Mercieca, Archbishop Dmeritus of the diocese of Malta, with the participation of the Collegiate Chapter and clergy of the basilica.

This was followed by band marches by the La Stella Band, from St George’s Square to the La Stella headquarters in Republic Street.
