Musico-literary evening at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Graces in Victoria.
A musico-literary evening was recently held at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Graces in Victoria to mark the restoration of the titular painting of the sanctuary.
The painting was restored by Prevarti of Mosta and the project was supported by the Bank of Valletta. The sanctuary is also marking the 60th anniversary of the crowning of Our Lady featured in the painting.
During the evening several historians spoke about the sanctuary and the Capuchin friars who run it.
The Fjur t’Assisi the sanctuary’s choir took part. At the end of the evening Gozo Bishop Mgr. Mario Grech blessed the painting.
