Four candidates will be admitted to the Confraternity of the Knights of St. Peter and St. Paul in the Grand Priory of Malta, later today.
The Conraternity of the Knights of St. Peter and St. Paul is a philanthropic organisation. Its main objective is to provide humanitarian support for those who are in less fortunate circumstances.
The candidates are:
Eddie Vella – Mr. Vella is Footballer of the Year of the Malta Football Association, who played for Nadur Youngsters F.C., Valletta City and the National Team.
Paul Callus – Safi Malta. Retired teacher.
Charlie Xuereb – Nadur. Mr. Xuereb is the Ex-president of the Mnarja Band Club and activist in the town of Nadur. He was also recently awarded the prize “Gieh in-Nadur.”
James Azzopardi – Nadur. Mr. Azzopardi is an artist.
The investiture ceremony will take place at the Nadur Town Hall in Triq it-Tramuntana, starting at 7.00pm The public is invited to attend.
