The Nadur Organised Carnival got underway at St. Peter & St. Paul Square today with five hours of entertainment, which let the imagination and the artistic skills of all performers and participants go wild, from dancing, to the costumes and of course the floats.
The bright weather attracted large crowds to this very popular Carnival, organised annually by the Nadur Local Council.
The Council said that some detest it, while others love it: This is the Nadur Carnival- A unique experience lasting a few days, “Carnival is a passion shared by many people. An event that attracts thousands of Maltese, Gozitans and foreigners come to our village. An experience combining the tradition of Carnival with the latest news events – making this Carnival world famous.”
