The Hotel San Antonio Hotel & Spa has advised that a Traffic Management Plan, in relation to its San Antonio Refurbishment and Extension Project covered by MEPA permit PA3285/09, will come into force next week.

The hotel said that a Traffic Management Plan (P.RS.L00 rev01) relative to this development was discussed with all stakeholders and approved by Transport Malta.

The streets affected are listed below:

The stretch of road of Triq il-Merluzz in front of the mentioned Hotel will be closed off.

Street parking on Triq Ghawdex on the side of Dolmen Hotel will be removed to allow for two-way traffic.

The stretch of road of Triq it-Turisti in front of the mentioned Hotel will be closed off, with access restricted to residents and un/loading. General traffic will be re-routed through Triq l-Imrejkba .

Wesgha Kennija will be closed off, however vehicular access will be retained. Traffic signage will be revised accordingly.

Changes as describe in points 1 and 2 above will be effective as of this coming Monday, the 11th of November 2013, while those described in points 3 and 4 will take place on Monday 25th November 2013.

The Hotel said that these changes will remain effective till April 2014.
