The Gozo College Girls’ Secondary has completed a project to embellish an open area, with the aim of making it more attractive for the use of students. The new area included stone and wood seating areas in order to facilitate students’ reading and discussion sessions.The Minister for Gozo Dr Anton Refalo, inaugurated the completed project, for which funding was made available through the eco-Gozo scheme for educational institutions, with the maximum grant of €3,000. The Minister said that a total of 16 schools are benefitting through this scheme.
