The Police have advised that the processing and renewal of private guard and local warden licences of Gozitan residents will be done in Gozo, as from Monday, the 2nd of June

This is being done to facilitate the process while reducing the inconvenience caused to Gozitan residents, who, to date, must renew their licence in Malta.

Therefore, those registered in Gozo can renew their licences at the Victoria Police Station Office, after, however, presenting their refresher course certificate.

Those who have already submitted their refresher course documents at the Police General Headquarters in Malta and have received a renewal notice from the Licensing Office can either renew their licence in Malta or in Gozo.

Local wardens residing in Gozo must also have their annual refresher course documents processed at the Victoria Police Station Office.
