The Minister for Gozo Anton Refalo, has this week received a visit by the Ambassador for Malta in China, Mr Clifford Borg-Marks.

During their meeting at the Ministry, they spoke about “the excellent relations that have always existed between Malta and China” and also discussed “numerous issues of mutual interest, mutual collaboration, exchange of high level visits and co-operation at various levels.”

“The uniqueness of Gozo with its traditions and culture, and the quality tourism that the island attracts, such as diving holidays, opera tourists and culture tourism,” were among other subjects discussed.

The Minister praised the Ambassador “for his hard work to enhance the bilateral relations between the two countries.”
