Enemalta has advised that due to scheduled maintenance works on the electricity grid in Gozo, there will be power cuts in (or in parts of) the following area of Victoria, Nadur and Kercem, on Thursday and Friday, the 25th and 26th of September, between 8.30am and 11.45am.

Victoria Thursday: TRIQ KARLU GALEA, TRIQ FORTUNATO MIZZI, TRIQ L- UNIVERSITAS and TRIQ TA’ VIANI.

Nadur Thursday: TRIQ TAL- HANAQ, TRIQ IL-PALJIJIET, TRIQ IL- MADONNA TA’ LOURDES, TRIQ IR- RABAT, TRIQ IT- TELEGRAFU, TRIQ IL- KNISJA, TRIQ GUZE’ BONNICI and TRIQ IT- TIGRIJA.

Nadur Friday: TRIQ GIRGOR BUTTIGIEG, TRIQ L- ARCIPRIET SAVER CASSAR, TRIQ PAPA PAWLU VI, TRIQ IT- TORRI TA’ KENUNA, TRIQ IT- TELEGRAFU, TRIQ DUN KARLU ZIMECH and VILLAS AREA IN OUR LADY OF FATIMA STREET.

Kercem: TRIQ IL- BIES, TRIQ FRANGISK U ROZA CAMILLERI, TRIQ L- GHAXRA TA’ MARZU 1885, PJAZZA SAN GIRGOR, PJAZZA SAN GIRGOR SQAQ NRU 3, TRIQ SAN PIETRU U SAN PAWL, TRIQ IL- MADONNA TAS-SOKKORS,, TRIQ TA’ XEWKA, TRIQ L- AVUKAT ANTON CALLEJA, TRIQ L- INDIPENDENZA, TRIQ IL- KALANDRIJIET, TRIQ IS- SARG, TRIQ IT- TORRI, SQAQ TA’ XIRFI, PJAZZA ORVIETO, TRIQ TAX- XAGHRI and TRIQ IX- XAGHRI.

Regular maintenance on the electricity grid is essential for Enemalta to ensure a safe and reliable distribution network across Malta and Gozo.

This is a continuous process and Enemalta said that it does its utmost to schedule such maintenance in the least disruptive time possible.
