The Police have advised that this morning at about 7.15am, the Police from the ALE spotted a big fish, when they were patrolling the sea in the area between Fomm ir-Rih and Park il-Majjistral (near Ghajn Tuffieha).
The fish was over 2 meters in length and was about 150 meters away from land, the Police said. The species was not identified.
The Police urge people to be cautious and take the necessary precautions.
And what “precautions” would you suggest. Not swimming with open wounds further than 150 metres from shore? 🙂
