A 23-year-old man from Munxar, Gozo has been hospitalised following a traffic accident in Mdina road, Qormi, at around 6.50am this morning.

The Police said that the preliminary investigations show that the man lost control of his vehicle after hitting a central strip, causing the vehicle to overturn.

The driver was later certified to be suffering from injuries of slight nature.
