Gozo FC are the BOV Women's Football 2nd Division League Champions, as they culminated their promotion into the top tier by hitting the top of the 2nd Division. The full-time score in today's match was Gozo 8 – 0 Hamrun Spartans.

Horace Laudi, Regional Manager for Bank of Valletta and Norman Darmanin Demajo, President of the Malta Football Association presented the Medals and Trophy to the Champions.

Also present was Gozo Football Association President Dr Samuel Azzopardi.
