Saturday evening’s – Lejl Imkebbes (Mediterranean Diwali) which was due to take place at the Citadel, has had to be postponed because of the inclement weather.

The organisers have advised that due to the expected weather conditions for Saturday, particularly high winds and possible thunderstorm, it has had to postpone the event.

The quaint narrow streets of the old city were to be illuminated by more than 30,000 candles of all forms, other attractions included food, entertainment and much more.
