Next Sunday, the first car boot sale following the summer break will be taking place in Marsalforn, in aid of the Arka Foundation.

It’s a great opportunity to take along any unwanted items, bric a brac etc and turn them into cash and for buyers, a chance to perhaps bag a bargain….

Other charity organisations will also have stalls set up there on the day, all fundraising for a good cause, so please go along and support them.

The car boot sale will be held in the main Marsalforn car park and opens from 7.00am onwards, on Sunday, the 15th of September, no booking is required for sellers, a €10 donation per car from sellers to the Arka Foundation is requested.

All proceeds from the entrance of these car boot sales will be donated to Arka Respite Centre which promotes the welfare of people with special needs and of their families, http://www.arkafoundation.org/
