Studju socjo-kulturali ta’ epoka 1432-1689, published in 1996 by the Kumitat Storiku-Kulturali of St George’s basilica; this is a detailed chronological account of the birth and development of Christianity on the island of Gozo from the time of St Paul to the present age, with particular and constant reference to Gozo’s earliest Christian community huddled around St George’s parish in Gozo’s ancient town of Rabat.

Gozo has tHrough many – many years provided an intellectual personalities to the general benefit of our Islands. Mr Paul Mizzi happened to be one of them and as has been the usual norm, all of these personalities had to leave Gozo & reside in Malta.
Paul apart from being an intellectual academic was also a true Gentleman, soft spoken and a man of his word.
When we had the occasion to meet Paul in Gozo, especially during St George’s Feast, of which he was a great supporter, we always exchanged views & opinions.
Other personalities like Mr Anton F. Attard whose life was dedicated to Literature, History & Maltese Language, has till now, not been appreciated or acknowledged for his vast work.
Together with Mr Mizzi, I do feel that Anton. F. Attard, should also be recognized by Society in general.
