16 new Covid-19 cases were found overnight, and 9 recoveries. The authorities said that the number of Covid positive patients currently being treated at Mater Dei Hospital is 10, including 4 in ITU.

There have been 461 deaths since the start of the pandemic. The number of active cases in Malta and Gozo is now 215.

Health Authorities said that the number of vaccines administered up until yesterday is 878,722 of which 51,932 are booster doses.
