Locals, tourists and diners were all able to enjoy an open-air concert on the Xlendi seafront on Thursday evening, held to mark the occasion of the Liturgical Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
The Celebrant Singers provided a wonderful evening of musical entertainment, and received a warm welcome from the audience, many of whom also got up to dance!
The Group have been on tour of Malta from the United States of America, and decided to perform their final concert in Gozo.
The group, which was established in 1977, is made up of 22 members, from singers to musicians.
The concert was organised by the Catholic Charismatic Renewal – Malta in collaboration with The JP2 Foundation, the Administrative Committee within the Munxar Local Council and the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel- Xlendi and the Hotel Xlendi.
