Third man charged over Marsalforn muggings and released on bail

Police have said that following investigations a third man has been arrested and arraigned in the Gozo Court on Saturday in connection with two muggings that took place in Marsalforn on the 10th of July.
This follows Tuesday’s arraignment in Court of two men in connection with the muggings – a 42-year old Libyan and a 26-year old Maltese from Ghajnsielem.
The man, a 28-year old Dutch national from Munxar, was charged in Court by Inspector Bernard Charles Spiteri. He pleaded not guilty and was released on bail.
